Here, at shop.fig, we hope you love every item you receive but if something does not meet your expectations we will gladly accept your return.
Our Return Policy is as follows:
We except returns for store credit ONLY.
The items must be in original condition. This includes being unworn/unwashed, no deodorant stains, pet hair, smells of smoke, pet odor or body odor. If any of these are present the return will be refused.
If your merchandise comes with a brand tag, all tags must be attached. All items being returned need to be in original packaging.
The packing slip must be included.
Returns must be post marked within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please email us at email@example.com & we will email you a return label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow us 5 business days to process your return once received. When your return is processed you will have a gift card emailed directly to you.
If an item is damaged:
You will need to notify us immediately or within 3 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach photos of the damage. Please include your name, shipping address and order number on packing slip.
If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving your damaged order it will no longer be eligible for return.
At this time we do not offer exchanges.
If you are wanting the same item but a different size/color our recommendation is to go ahead and purchase the correct size/color to secure the item.
